Jo Waldon

Jo is an executive leader with deep experience engaging key stakeholders on sensitive and complex matters across highly regulated industries.
Known for designing strategies that build trust and grow enterprise value, Jo brings significant experience in public affairs, crisis management, reputation management, media, sustainability, mergers, trade sales, and IPOs, offering discreet and informed executive guidance across a broad range of issues.
A foundation employee of the PEXA Group, Jo helped grow the business from an unfunded start-up to a
$3.3B listed company. She has also worked in Australia’s banking and media sectors and across major
infrastructure projects straddling both public and private sectors.

A Fellow of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), Jo has a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts, and a Diploma in Investor Relations.
She is also an alumna of the AGSM @ UNSW Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
